Tiny tots (3-6 Years old)

It’s never to early to start moving and teach children the importance of exercise and proper nutrition.


fit kids (7-12 years old)

Designed with kids aged 7 to 12 years old in mind, our Fit Kids tier offers a more advanced movement and skill level.


fit teens (13-17 years old)

With a focus on increasing strength, flexibility, speed, power and agility, our 1-hour Fit Teens tier paves the way to a healthier lifestyle in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.
